Special diets

We serve a healthy and delicious whole food diet. We are able to accommodate the following food preferences/allergies: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. We cannot provide "Paleo" or grain-free meals. If you have food challenges/allergies, we ask that you let us know in advance and plan on providing for yourself as necessary. There is a lovely health food store within walking distance. A small kitchen area with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hot water kettle, 4-burner stove, oven, cooking utensils, and dinnerware is available in the dormitory area for your convenience. We cannot discount the room and board fee if you choose not to take all the meals.

Lodging

Our second floor co-ed housing accommodates up to 6 students. Our classes take up to 8 students, so the remaining 2 students will require other arrangements. See the Off-site accommodations section below for a link to cozy and comfortable options via our town's website.
