While we strive to keep our prices both stable and competitive, all prices are subject to change without notice.

How to order

Make checks payable to Vävstuga LLC, or send your Visa/MC number with card expiration date and your signature.

We are glad to accept your order by mail, phone, fax, or email:

• snailmail: Send your order by snailmail with your payment.
  For merchandise purchases, please contact us for the exact amount of shipping fees.

• phone: Call (413) 625-8241 to place your order. (Our phone hours are Wed–Sat 1–5p.)
• email: Email your order to office@vavstuga.com and then phone with your credit card number.

Shipping worldwide

We offer cost-effective shipping via USPS Priority Mail, to domestic and foreign locations, for merchandise that does not require shipping by freight. We pass along to you our exact shipping costs, which are at slightly discounted USPS rates, without any markup or extra charge for handling. We use flat-rate priority shipping when that is the most economical alternative; flat rates range from $5–15 for various box sizes. We are happy to provide a shipping quote for your order on request. 

Equipment orders by freight

If you are ordering large items (like looms) that require freight charges, please contact us.

Returns

We do not accept yarns that have been used, opened or wound into balls. All merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
