Väv Immersion Program is launched!

IMG_7896 IMG_7914We are currently in the fourth week of our 16-week Väv Immersion Program and it has been an amazing experience for all! Our wonderful participants have been busy creating a  variety of projects from towels to drawloom designs, as well as learning nålbindning knitting, spinning, and more. We are excited to welcome Tonya Jones as our new apprentice. She is off to a great start helping with Basics classes and weaving and designing her own projects.

Wool Combing Workshop

Join us for a Wool Combing Workshop with Gina Gerhard on Saturday, April 9th, from 9am-3pm at our Farm House studio. Class fee $75 and materials fee $10. Bring a lunch, a spray bottle, scissors, a spinning wheel and distaff if you have one. Wool combs will be available for your use or bring your own.  There are 4 spaces left in this workshop plus you’ll get to meet our Väv Immersion students! Call the office to register (413-625-8241).

2016 Basics classes are off to a great start! We had so much fun with this great group of weavers! There is still space available in our November 7-11 Basics class. We have 1 space left in our Sagas & Fluff class, June 6-10, and a few spots left in our Weave for the Swedish Kitchen class, July 19-22. For our Basics Alumni – we have spaces available in our June and July Treasures sessions. Call to reserve a beautiful project!
