Flamboyant blankets — one warp, many possibilities
Infinite play with COLORS and BLOCKS is nurturing for the soul! All of our blankets below started with the same warp. See how much variation there can be even with the same threading.
Our default warp length is 3 meters, unless you advise us otherwise.
These projects are rated intermediate.
Warp
22/2 cottolin. You choose the color, we wind the warp. Our samples here all use an unbleached warp. The weft mostly hides the warp, but shows a little bit in the form of little white dots, which you can see in the close-up photo if you look carefully.
Block design
You choose your design from our suggestions, or create your own, then thread, sley and tie up. One block design can still provide the opportunity to create endless patterning.
