Vävstuga Projects
Smålandsväv
This commonly requested technique requires 2 sets of shafts and a mysteriously primitive tie-up system for the front shafts. You thread regular heddles first, then long-eye heddles after that. We will help you adjust the beater height and the height of the shafts to get a nice shed, which can be baffling at home on your own for the first time.
Whichever threading you choose from below, you’ll have endless possibilities of color and pattern in the weaving.
Our default warp length is 3 meters, unless you advise us otherwise.
These projects are rated intermediate.
